Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Sr. Store Coordinator for the West Hershey Employee Store in Hershey, PA. This part-time, onsite role requires coordinating schedules, merchandising, and customer service for employees and guests.

The position offers part-time hours (up to 28 per week) with a pay rate of $20 per hour and a schedule that largely covers Monday–Tuesday 11:00am–6:00pm and Wednesday–Friday 6:00am–1:00pm, subject to store needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and function as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Order store inventory and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Schedule store employees.
• Set up displays.
• Open the store and maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready environment.
• Assist customers with purchases and questions.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate a register.
