Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Assist in the preparation of all food items, including washing, cutting, weighing and other required procedures as needed.
• Assist in the transfer or withdrawal of stock, supplies, packaging materials, and food ingredients to and from the cold or dry storage.
• Ensure older products are rotated and replaced with fresh stock.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food production area and equipment.
• Follow food safety practices and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Handle expired and recalled products and keep logs as required by policy.
• Set up and take down displays for promotional items and ensure shelf tags are correct.
