Coborn’s, Inc. in Michigan is hiring a part-time Deli Clerk to join the Deli team. Training is provided; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are valued as part of our friendly guest-focused service.

You will slice, weigh, package, label meat and cheese, prepare salads, and help stock the deli area while following food-safety guidelines. This role emphasizes great customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
