Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team.

We provide the training; you bring the positive attitude and desire to learn, with a focus on delivering remarkable customer service that creates a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include slicing, weighing, packaging, labeling meat and cheese, preparing salads, serving from the hot case when applicable, stocking displays, and following food safety and sanitation rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests.
• Prepare and dish up salads.
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location).
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing.
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold.
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products (as applicable).
