Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. in Fargo, ND, is seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join our deli team. You’ll help customers with a friendly attitude, prepare and serve meat, cheese, salads, and deli items, and keep the case stocked and appealing.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older; Hornbacher's age requirement for this role is 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests
• Prepare and dish up salads
• Serve food to guests through the hot case (as applicable at location)
• Ensure the deli case and product areas are stocked with merchandise and visually appealing
• Prepare meat and cheese trays, veggie trays, and other department products to be merchandised and sold in the store
• Follow food safety guidelines and all health, safety and sanitation regulations
• In this position, you may also be responsible for dish washing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders baking/frying products.
