Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a bakery/deli associate to independently prepare, package, display, and stock dairy and bakery products to support store profitability and customer satisfaction. You will ensure product quality and presentation throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include following safety guidelines, rotating stock, labeling products, and coordinating with other departments to meet daily demand. Strong reading and math skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Detail-oriented.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Must stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and turn for extended periods.
