Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time associate to take excellent care of customers by understanding needs and delivering friendly service. You will stock, prepare, package, and merchandise products according to Fresh Foods Standards, while maintaining clean work areas and assisting with unloading and salvaged items.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED (or related training), and ability to read/write in English. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos in English.
• 18 years of age or older and able to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, stock, and merchandise products per Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service, keep work areas clean, unload stock, and reload salvage products.
