Job summary

Harris Teeter is seeking a part-time warehouse associate who will take excellent care of customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. The role involves stocking, processing, packaging, and ensuring product quality in line with Fresh Foods standards.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (or up to 3 months of related experience) and be at least 18 years old, with strong English reading and communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service and maintain clean work areas; unload stock and reload salvage products.
