Job summary

Harris Teeter in Hampstead, NC is hiring a part-time associate to take excellent care of our customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. You will help with product knowledge, service, stocking, and maintaining store standards, while supporting teamwork and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), basic math, English reading/writing, and a willingness to train.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Willingness to participate in required training and to work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
• Ability to read and write in English; basic math and comprehension of simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service, clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products.
