Job summary

Harris Teeter in Leland, NC is seeking a part-time team member to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain product availability. You will assist customers, stock and prepare items, and uphold Fresh Foods Standards while keeping the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years or older to work.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.
• Ability to write simple correspondence in English.
• Basic math for money and weight measurements.
• Complete company training including food sanitation and safety.

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers by satisfying needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare, process, package, and stock products according to Fresh Foods Standards.
• Provide customer service, clean work areas, unload stock, and reload salvage products.
• Work with teammates to ensure a great place to work and shop.
