Job summary

Community Services Group is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and families in our Adult and Youth MH Services in Lancaster. The role includes DBT, individual/family/group therapy, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s or Doctorate in a relevant field and active licensure (LSW/LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT or LMFT). Flexible scheduling, full-time hours, and supportive supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Licensed as LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LAMFT or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and/or group counseling to children, adolescents, and families.
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, case managers and other professionals.
• Offer on-call services as scheduled by the Program Director.
• Participate in clinical team and staff meetings.
• Deliver community-based therapy when applicable.
