Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Connecticut RN licensure.
• Three years clinical practice, including one year in long-term care.
• Acute care and supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and assessment skills.
• Knowledge of OBRA, State and JCAHO requirements.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Able to perform essential job functions with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver resident care on assigned shift.
• Provide clinical supervision of staff during shift.
• Act as administrative representative in the absence of administration.
• Support interdisciplinary care team to maximize resident independence.
