Job summary

Sanford Health is hiring a Part Time Day CNA to join our team in the heartland. The 6am to 2:30pm shift offers 20 hours per week and includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires who meet certification and experience requirements.

The Nursing Assistant will provide resident-centered care under RN supervision, including daily living activities, vital signs, and supportive care aligned with care plans. CNA certification is required or in progress at hire.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required at time of hire or in process for certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Nursing assistant experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Transfer, reposition, and ambulate residents with proper techniques.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to supervising staff.
• Support meals, hydration, and psychosocial needs of residents.
