Job summary

Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division is seeking a Data Manager I to support the Shashi Lele, MD Familial Ovarian Cancer Registry (FOCR). The role involves collecting, reviewing, entering, and maintaining study data and regulatory documents throughout the research lifecycle.

You will assist with informed consent, monitor participant status and milestones, and perform follow-up communications while ensuring data quality and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in a clinical trials/research environment.
• Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in a clinical trials/research environment.
• Experience collecting, reviewing, and entering clinical research data accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, enter, and maintain study data and regulatory documentation.
• Assist with obtaining and processing informed consent from participants.
• Track participant status and study milestones, and conduct follow-up communications.
• Monitor data quality, run reports, resolve discrepancies, and maintain databases using vendor software.
