Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division Anoka 360 Life Center is seeking a FHPAP Data Entry Assistant to enter data into the SIMS and HMIS systems, verify accuracy, and respond to inquiries. This temporary position supports essential services for families.

The role is 16 hours per week, paid at $17 per hour, and lasts up to six months with standard business hours in Blaine, MN. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with background checks and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with a management information system preferred.
• Must pass background checks and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated computer/internet literacy and typing accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and follow moderately complex instructions.
• Flexible interpersonal and communication skills and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry into SIMS and HMIS with accuracy (50%).
• Data Verification of entered information (20%).
• Respond to inquiries regarding data (15%).
• Document management and secure handling of source documents (5%).
• Support maintenance and integrity of the SIMS/HMIS databases (5%).
• Coordinate with help desks for data questions or issues (5%).
