Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• + Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Experience with accurate data entry, reporting, or data management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including lookup functions, is expected.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in the ERP system and related tools.
• Review records for completeness and accuracy to ensure data integrity.
• Prepare routine data extracts, reports, and tracking files.
• Assist with documenting processes, data definitions, and user guides.
• Support testing of system updates and data corrections.
