Job summary

The Driveshaft Shop is seeking a part-time Business Systems & Data Coordinator to support ERP data integrity and routine reporting. You will enter, review, and reconcile master data, create routine extracts, and help document data definitions and processes.

Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to learn new systems and maintain confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior data entry, admin support, or reporting experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus; accuracy and confidentiality are key.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in ERP and related tools.
• Review records for completeness and data integrity.
• Utilize Excel to reconcile and organize information across sheets.
• Create and maintain data definitions, reports, and documentation.
• Protect confidential information and support data‑quality initiatives.
