Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will share product knowledge, assist customers in finding items, and keep displays fresh and inviting while stocking and merchandising across Fresh departments.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork as you connect with customers daily and help keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
