Job summary

Goldbelt Nighthawk is seeking a part-time Program Manager to support a Department of War customer, leading a dispersed team of 30+ personnel. The role includes coordinating SCA-R reviews, tracking metrics, and producing monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on cybersecurity and security analysis experience.
• Experience leading teams in analysis or security assessments and SSP development/review.
• SSP development and review expertise.
• TS clearance or higher; background check required.
• Proficiency with DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, and DAAPM.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dispersed team of 30+ personnel for a DoD customer.
• Coordinate reviews of System Security Plans and tracking metrics.
• Generate monthly action/metrics reports and support eMASS activities.
• Provide monthly status reports including Executive Summary and funding/personnel updates.
