Job summary

A contracting firm supporting the Navy is seeking a Program Manager in Philadelphia to lead cybersecurity and information assurance services. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT management experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution for the Department of Navy and ensuring compliance with stringent cybersecurity requirements. Must hold an active Secret clearance and relevant degree or PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Ten years of experience in managing a team.
• Five years of experience related to information assurance.
• Experience with DoD A&A process and RMF.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with customers.
• Plan and direct tasks, conduct on-site supervision.
• Validate and verify work products and services.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.
