Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) in Latham, NY is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to support New Yorkers with disabilities and chronic health conditions. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, onsite.

You will handle high-volume calls with empathy, document interactions accurately, and manage tickets and emails while learning program rules and internal systems.

• Willingness to work onsite with a fixed schedule.
