Job summary

Combined Public Communications, LLC in Cold Spring, KY, is seeking ambitious, friendly customer service representatives to join our team. This part-time role offers evening hours 4:00pm-9:00pm EST with rotating Saturday shifts 10am-6pm EST. You should be reliable, punctual, and comfortable using MS Office tools; Spanish is a plus but

Qualifications

Must pass a background check.
Part-time, 4:00pm-9:00pm EST with rotating Saturday shifts.
Flexibility and reliability in scheduling.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong verbal and written communication.
Must have dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the front line for customers, assisting with inquiries and issues.
Handle transactions and process refunds.
Troubleshoot questions about products and services.
Communicate clearly by phone and in person; provide accurate information.
Collaborate with team to resolve customer issues.
