Family Dollar in Grand Bay, AL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, handle sales transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

Responsibilities also include unloading trucks, replenishing shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment for customers and colleagues.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
