THIS POSITION IS ASSIGNED TO THE AQUATIC CENTER

JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative III will provide excellent customer service to members and participants. Responsibilities include assisting with facility, event, and program activities such as set-up, duty assignment, supervision, and take down. Ensure a safe environment for participants and be responsible for opening and closing the facility. Follow all City of Conroe and Center policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience in staff supervision
• Experience delivering recreation programs and/or services to the public

Education and Experience:

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of leadership experience

Special Requirements:

• Valid class "C" Texas driver's license
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The work is medium intensity, requiring the ability to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Physical abilities include crouching, fingering, grasping, handling, hearing, kneeling, lifting, reaching, repetitive motions, speaking, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
