Part‑Time Customer Service Representative

We are a 100% employee‑owned company founded in Murray in 1937. We are seeking a motivated part‑time Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service team. This part‑time position offers hands‑on experience in data entry and customer service. This is a year‑round position, so candidates should be available to work during the summer as well as the school year. No prior experience required. You will be working out of our Murray, KY office at 3200 US Highway 641 North.

Responsibilities

• Books, enters, and sets appointments of orders in service area
• Solicits and accepts loads based on truck availability and profitability to PTL
• Responds to customers' questions, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely fashion
• Assesses service performance and customer satisfaction
• Coordinates schedule changes with appropriate departments
• Provides support to Billing in obtaining needed load documentation from customer facilities to ensure timely billing and payment of loads.
• Assists team with various tasks to boost team productivity
