Job summary

Prairie State Bank & Trust in Charleston, IL is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to assist customers with routine bank transactions and provide excellent service at the Charleston branch.

You will educate customers on products, balance cash drawers, and ensure security and confidentiality in daily operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Prairie State Bank & Trust, a locally owned $800 million bank with 20 offices in Central Illinois, has an immediate opening for a PART TIME Customer Service Representative in the Eastern Region at our Charleston branch. We are seeking talented, hardworking candidates who are motivated to learn, have great communication skills, and a passion for working on a team.

• Ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with routine account related transactions such as deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, transfer of funds between accounts, stop payments as well as inquiries regarding transactions and services
