Job summary

Gillman Home Center is seeking a part-time Customer Service associate to deliver accurate product knowledge and exceptional service. The role requires 10-20 hours per week with open availability for days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean, organized department. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred and a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of retail job experience.
• 2+ years of product knowledge of items in assigned department.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Assist with sales and add-on recommendations.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and register.
• Maintain department stock and inventory accuracy.
• Assist with store maintenance and safety.
• Open/close store as assigned.
