Job summary

Gillman Home Center is seeking a friendly cashier/customer service associate for evenings and weekends. This part-time role is about 15–20 hours per week, with a focus on providing fast, accurate checkout and helpful service.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process orders and returns, stock shelves, and assist with store tasks as needed. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED; 1–2 years of customer service and retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and returns according to store policies.
• Provide fast and accurate checkout transactions.
• Stock and organize front outdoor area and promotional signage.
• Assist with cycle counts and price updates as needed.
• Answer phones and support other departments as necessary.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow policies.
