Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or mobile device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic must be comfortable.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties as required.
• Push/pull or lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tinting, cutting materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
