Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in the United States to warmly welcome customers, help them find the right home improvement products, and provide helpful service throughout their shopping experience.

In this role you will assist customers across departments, stock and organize merchandise, and process orders while maintaining a positive, efficient store environment. Growth opportunities and flexible scheduling are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Assist with department setup and product tinting or cutting tasks as required.
