Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic input/output tasks.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties; able to lift 25 lbs.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock and replenish shelves; monitor stock levels and keep areas organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately; ensure on-time receipt of merchandise.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in the department based on customer needs.
