Job summary

You will engage with customers throughout the day, assist with product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, inputting or accessing information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
