Job summary

Lowe's in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them locate products, and provide friendly, solution-oriented service across departments.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of computer use (inputting, accessing, or outputting information).
• 6+ months using common retail tech like smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform job duties requiring mobility.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
