You'll have opportunities to support simple sales conversations and may transition to a full-time sales-focused position within 6-12 months. Flexible schedule and advancement opportunities are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing policyholders.
• Process vehicle additions, replacements, and other auto policy changes.
• Follow up with customers regarding claims and provide status updates.
• Answer billing questions and assist with payment-related concerns.
• Manage daily agency reports and complete assigned follow-up tasks.
• Schedule appointments for licensed team members.
• Make outbound calls regarding premium changes and policy updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
