Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in lanes and in the parking office; direct traffic as needed.
• Provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor in person and over the phone.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Maintain and repair malfunctioning parking equipment for access.
• Maintain shuttle bus cleanliness and other required upkeep.
• Provide professional customer support at shuttle stops and information desks.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
