Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic math for cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Courteously assist customers by answering questions.
• Deliver quality customer service, receive payment, and manage traffic flow.
• Arrive on time in neat uniform.
• Provide directions and local knowledge to customers.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits.
• Report safety hazards and policy violations.
• Learn each event location and requirements.
• Count bank money at start of shift.
• Collect cash and issue receipts or tickets.
• Verify shift transactions against cash on hand.
