Job summary

Bridgework-Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the 3rd shift at our airport shuttle and parking operations. You will greet customers and help ensure a welcoming, safe experience across ticketing, parking lanes, and shuttle stops.

Responsibilities include timely responses to inquiries, assisting in lanes and the parking office, handling cash as needed, and maintaining equipment and shuttle cleanliness to support smooth guest service, access, and wayfinding.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and comprehend English.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution and display a caring attitude, develop a rapport with the customer base.
• Assist customers in lanes, and in the parking office; help direct traffic as needed.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude in person and over the phone.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Maintain and repair any malfunctioning parking equipment to ensure appropriate access to customers.
• Maintain shuttle bus cleanliness and other required upkeep.
• Assist with making change from the cash bank for employees
• Provide professional, courteous, and accessible customer support at designated shuttle stops and passenger touchpoints to assist guests with wayfinding, general airport information, shuttle route guidance, and service inquiries.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
