Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement needs. You will interact with customers, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience.

The role supports various departments and requires flexible duties, including stocking, checkout assistance, and cross-training to enhance service quality. Part-time opportunities available.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Clear shelves by stocking products and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
