Job summary

You will assist with product selection, load merchandise when needed, and ensure customer needs are met. The role supports diverse departments and offers part-time hours with opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
