Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations in Westminster, CO. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and customer service while being cross-trained to operate the front-end and cash register.

The role requires a friendly, reliable individual who can lift 30–50 lbs and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment for shoppers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Comfort with lifting 30–50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Clean and restock bathrooms and floors to keep areas neat.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates.
• Handle sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Protect cash and company assets; perform other duties as assigned.
