Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Tarentum, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, complete sales at the register, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You will assist customers with questions, stock merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain a safe, organized environment while delivering friendly, professional service to every shopper.

Previous retail or service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
