Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store ideal.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and frequent standing, walking, and manual tasks.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks and restock.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
