Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and scheduling.
• Exceed client expectations while handling day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts with compliance to policies.
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients and colleagues.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices while following bank policies.
