Job summary

Boston Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Professional in Sheboygan, WI to deliver exceptional service and support daily operations. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments and deliveries, and maintaining accurate customer data.

You will work closely with CX leadership and cross-functional teams, participating in training and ongoing development. The position is office-based with rotating weekends and opportunities for growth and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling tools and customer service software.
• High school diploma required; additional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address questions, concerns, and service needs.
• Coordinate appointments, deliveries and customer requests.
• Proactively confirm appointments and service details with customers.
• Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in systems.
• Support daily cash balancing, audits and location-specific tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Delivery and Service teams.
