You will engage with guests, promote in-store programs, and keep the area organized while supporting a world-class shopping experience. prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Experience operating a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Handle merchandise returns and process refunds/exchanges.
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and follow store policies.
