Store - PITT-NORTH HILLS, PA

Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations. Lead omnichannel processes. Maintain store recovery standards to fulfill Brand Promises. Provide friendly customer service.

  1. Assist Store Manager in ensuring adherence to SOPs and company programs, ensuring compliance with laws; execute policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
  2. Ensure all front end policies are followed; achieve KPIs and manage team performance.
  3. Plan and lead execution of in-store events in line with company programs.
  4. Lead omnichannel processes.
  5. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  6. Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
  7. Support inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities.
  8. Assist onboarding of new team members.
  9. Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team; participate in performance management; support talent development; utilize leadership competencies for self-growth.
  10. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
  11. Interact respectfully with others; promote organizational values; serve as a role model.
  12. Acknowledge customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions.
  13. Participate in truck unloading and stocking.
  14. Manage shrink and safety programs.
  15. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
  16. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead high-quality custom framing delivery, planning and managing workload with the Store Manager.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required
  • Retail management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching.
  • Lift heavy boxes; access high shelves with ladders.
  • Work in climate-controlled environments; outdoor work may be required; work hours include nights, weekends, and mornings.
