Under the direction of the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing a cross-functional team responsible for multiple service and support functions across the organization. You will guide the efforts of team members performing various customer service, technical support, technical applications, inside sales, and sales support duties. This leadership role works in partnership with their sales channel leaders within the North America business, in service of those that serve our channel partners and end-user customers.
As part of our Sales team, you will build relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing the growth and development of this newly formed centralized team. You will help develop and manage the process from initial contact to sales closure, order fulfillment, and after-sale support. This role demands a blend of sales & sales operations acumen, strategic planning, customer experience, people leadership, and talent development skills.
