Part-Time Night and Weekend Customer Experience Manager

Join us as a Part-Time Night and Weekend Customer Experience Manager at Michaels Stores.

Location: Store - PITT-GREENSBURG, PA

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations and expectations.
• Leading omnichannel processes and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold Brand Promises.
• Providing friendly customer service and assisting with store operations such as cash reconciliation, inventory, safety, and shrink programs.
• Training and coaching team members, serving as Manager on Duty, and participating in store events.
• Supporting the onboarding and development of team members and leading high-quality custom framing services in applicable stores.

Qualifications: Retail management experience preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform store duties, including outdoor work and working nights/weekends.
