Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the cash register, and maintain a clean, stocked store while ensuring safety and professionalism.

This role requires physical tasks, strong customer service, and the ability to follow instructions. Part-time work includes maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting merchandising and store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle standing, walking, stooping, and other physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
