Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the cash register, and help stock and maintain store cleanliness.

You will join a team that values friendly interactions, reliability, and safe, respectful service. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and the role may involve lifting and light physical duties consistent with store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock, replenish, and merchandise the store.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
